Brighter Moves Estate Agents was established in 2008 in the eye of the storm as far the Credit crunch was concerned. The aim of the business was to keep the fees low and the service high and above all maintain a trustworthy team of associates. It is the philosophy of the branch today.
Llantwit Major.
The Llantwit Major office is the newest of the Brighter Moves agencies, taken over recently and run by Mr Robert ( Bob) Morgan MNAEA, a long time Llantwit Major citizen. The Pound Field office was originally run by Mr and Mrs Darren and Helen Black (Make Your Move), prior to that it was Colstons sales and lettings. The prime location offers two window displays and a generously sized showroom. The showroom promises a warm and friendly welcome, so please come and meet the team.
Bridgend.
The Bridgend office became one of the first 'non High St' agencies in Wales. Due to its location, it can offer lower selling fees yet still provide all the usuall services of any High St agency. Bridgend is also where Brighter Moves lettings is run from. Bridgend sales is managed by Mr Andrew Walls and lettings by Ms Amy Poolman.
Talbot Green.
The Talbot Green office was the second Brighter Moves Office. The office is run by Mr Owen Hopkin. The office location is in a prominant position on the corner of Talbot Road and the A4119. Owens knowledge of Talbot Green and surrounding areas is second to none as he has been an established member of the community for many years.
